The Caroline Ladd Pratt House, at 229 Clinton Avenue, Brooklyn, originally known as the Frederick B. Pratt House, was the family home of Frederic B. Pratt.
It was designed by noted New York architect Henry F. Kilburn. The home was given to the Pratt Institute. Originally known as the Frederick B. Pratt House, it is now known as the Caroline Ladd Pratt House. It was completed in 1898, and designed by architects Babb, Cook and Willard in a neo-Georgian style.
